Or in this case, a house is only as old as the wood on it. Unfortunately a lot of the wood on the North side of the house was quite rotten, and had to pulled completely off by David. This gave us the opportunity to add some house wrap. Joel ordered 1800 square feet Paulonia siding to lace in with a 4 1/2" reveal to match the original wood from the house.
